Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges or handling fees.

If there is any sort of damage to the items or if the item doesn't function as advertised, a free replacement will be given once the original item is returned.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team at support@collectorsselect.com to obtain a return authorization. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new and unused condition.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
